Introducing ... Video of HS sports events

We've begun a new venture at Bakersfield.com that's sure to excite high school sports fans: It's video recaps of sporting events.

The first couple of examples are imbedded in this post — Frontier's wrestling victory over Centennial earlier this week and last night's 3-0 girls soccer victory from Stockdale over Liberty — but this is just the tip of the iceberg: Video from the section and state wrestling tournaments in the next month, playoff basketball and all of the spring sports are in the offing — and no question you'll be able to find high school football highlights here in the fall.
