Wounded Warrior's Fund Black Tie Affair,  from 6 to 11 p.m. at Seven Oaks Country Club, 2000 Grand Lakes Ave. There will be music, dancing, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, raffle prizes and a no-host bar. Bob Clatterbuck, a part of the Bakersfield community since 1978, passed away in August. This concert in his memory, will have performances of 21 of his many musical compositions ranging from anthems to pop and jazz.
