How can I stop receiving this yellow pages book?

Q: Is there a way to be removed from the distribution list for the Valley Yellow Pages phone books? I don't need two different phone books and prefer the one from AT&T. It is a shame to pick the book up from the doorstep and place it directly in the recycle container.

A: Michele Meisch, marketing manager at Valley Yellow Pages, said people who'd like to opt out can do one of the following things:
* E-mail the company their address, name and phone number at vyp@MyYP.com.
* Go to www.myyp.com/directories and fill out the form.
* Make the request by calling 800-350-8887.
