When will this Winco be built?

Q: Are the plans for the new Winco on Panama and Ashe going forward since the courts have approved it to proceed?

A: Bakersfield Planning Director Jim Eggert responded:
Yes, the developers have indicated they will be moving forward with this project. However, they have much work to do with their engineers and architects in preparing their building and grading plans, so we do not expect to see anything from them until after the first of the year.
