Brooke Rankin & Nehemiah Rogers
Randy and Cendi Rankin, of Bakersfield, California, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Rankin to Nehemiah Rogers. They are to be married on June 12th, 2010, in Bakersfield.
Nehemiah Rogers, of Ripon, California is the son of Kenneth and Veronica Rogers. Nehemiah currently studies Music Education at Vanguard University. Brooke Rankin also attends Vanguard University as a Psychology major. Both intend to become teachers.
