Sarah Marie Porter and Steven Paul Van Metre
Fred and Linda Porter are extremely pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Sarah Marie Porter to Steven Paul Van Metre, son of Margaret and Paul Van Metre.
Sarah is a graduate of Cal State University Northridge and is presently finishing her Master’s degree and credential in special education at CSUB. She is also teaching in the special education department at Highland High School.
Steven is a graduate from National University and is currently a financial consultant.
The will me married on March 6, 2010 at First Presbyterian Church. Reception to follow at Bakersfield Country Club. They will reside in their new home in Southwest Bakersfield.
