CASA Welcomes 15 New Graduates!
Court Appointed Special Advocates announces the graduation of the most recent class of 15 CASA trainees. Kern County Juvenile Court Judge Jon Stuebbe swore in the graduates as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Kern County during a special ceremony on Thursday August 20, 2009 at the Bee Kay Theatre in Tehachapi.
These highly trained volunteers will serve abused, abandoned and neglected children in Kern County.
