Kephart’s 60th Anniversary!
On a cold day December 14, 1949, Jim and Claudine of Buttonwillow, CA, drove to Kingman Arizona to say their vows. Benton and Ramona Hutchins were there as witnesses. Jim and Claudine met at B.H.S. Claudine’s sophomore year. They have resided in Bakersfield for the past forty years. They had five children, sadly three of them have passed away. They have 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Jim has been a pastor at a local church the last forty years. They both have worked very hard their whole lives and still have a business that they run together. They enjoy traveling, dancing and socializing with the many friends they have made over the years. They hope to go to Hawaii some day soon!
