Mr. and Mrs. William Soto and Ms. Debbie Cannon are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Soto to Michael Hamma, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Brown and Mr. Lonnie Hamma. January 21, 2007, on this day I married my best friend, the one I live with, laugh with and love. Mike and Julie found their soulmate at a time they both least expected. They share their lives with Michael's two adorable daughters, Abigail and Katie. An afternoon wedding is planned at Seven Oaks Country Club with their honeymoon at Lake Tahoe. They plan to reside in Bakersfield.
