Alarcon-Sproul
Dr. & Mrs. Augusto and Alexandra Alarcon of Bakersfield, California, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Aimee Desiree Alarcon, to Seth McCarthy Sproul, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Lauren Sproul of Myrtle Point, Oregon.
Aimee is a 1998 graduate of Centennial High School. She graduated from UCLA with a double major in English and Spanish Literature. Aimee represented the Rotary Club Bakersfield East as a Rotary Scholar in Auckland, New Zealand, and is currently earning her M.A. degree in Communications at SDSU.
Seth graduated from Oregon Sate University with a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering. He received his J.D. degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He is currently a partner in the San Diego office of Fish & Richardson PC.
Seth proposed to Aimee in Paris and a January wedding is planned. The couple will make their home in San Diego.
