The Bakersfield Jam acquired center Patrick O'Bryant and traded him to the Reno Bighorns for a 2011 NBA D-League first round draft pick, the team announced Tuesday.
O'Bryant played collegiately at Bradley and was drafted by the Golden State Warriors as the ninth pick in the 2006 NBA draft. The following two seasons, he split time between the Warriors and the Jam. During the 2007-08 season with the Jam, he averaged 16.9 points, 10 rebounds and 3.5 blocks. O'Bryant has also spent time with the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors. Most recently, he played for the Minnesota Timberwolves 2010 Summer League team in Las Vegas and overseas in China.
