I have been fracking oil wells for 37 years and never has there been an incident that I know about related to ground water contamination and destructive earthquakes.

So why is there such an outcry only recently to fracking. Why was there no concern 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago? That is because fracking is safe. The real green agenda is global warming related to CO2 emissions. The theory is that if fracking is banned, oil and gas production will decrease, so less CO2. If pipelines and coal generation power plants are not built, then less CO2 emissions.

There are 7 billion people on this planet using fossil fuel, and the time it would take to change their usage is way past the time table to fix global warming. I wish that all of a sudden CO2 emissions could be sequestered, but 7 billion people cannot stop on a dime.

So the people who are trying to stop fossil fuel consumption are fabricating lies to convert the ignorant masses. Fear-mongers can do that. Once people become stupid, there is little that can be done, since it is easier for them to not trust the true facts from science and industry. And in the short term, they have no vested reason to care and get educated.
