ONTARIO -- The Ontario Reign ran its winning streak to five games with a 6-2 win over the Condors Bank Arena.

The two teams meet again tonight at 7 at Rabobank Arena.

Rocco Carzo scored a minute into the game for the Reign and Matt White put Ontario up 2-0 at 8:16.

Bakersfield answered with two goals in the span of 45 seconds to tie the game. Jordan Knackstedt scored a power-play goal at 12:16 when his attempted pass deflected off a Reign player and Andrew Carroll tied the game 2-2 at 13:01.

The Reign regained the lead at 17:08 on a goal by Gasper Kopitar and Maxim Kitsyn's power-play goal at 19:16.

Chet Pickard allowed the four goals on 14 shots and was replaced in goal by Tyler Bunz (nine saves on 11 shots) to start the second period.

The Reign added two goals late in the third, by Derek Couture at 17:37 and Matt Register with 16 seconds left.

The Condors out shot the Reign 26-25.

The first 2,000 fans at tonight's game receive a free hat.
