The Kern County District Attorney's office has planned this year's Victims' Rights March for 5 p.m. April 8 at the Liberty Bell in front of Kern County Superior Court.

Prosecutors said all crime victims will be honored. The march will begin at the courthouse at 1415 Truxtun Ave. and finish at St. Francis Church, where a candlelight vigil will follow.

Any member of the public is welcome to attend.

National Crime Victims' Rights Week runs from April 6-12 this year.
