Motorists Wednesday night on P and Madison streets near Highway 58 should be prepared for construction delays from 8:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Contractors will be installing concrete barrier rail along both streets, requiring the closure of one lane and the use of personnel to regulate traffic.
Concrete barriers being placed Thursday along Cottonwood Road at Highway 58 from 8:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. also will require closing one lane.
On Sunday, there will be road repairs on the outside eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 58 between Union Avenue and Cottonwood Road between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.
The repairs are related to the State Route 58 Gap Closure project, which will add a third lane in each direction to a three-mile stretch of the freeway between Highway 99 and Cottonwood Road.
The repairs are part of the Thomas Roads Improvement Program
