Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested Angel Lopez, 30, after a search of a mobile home in the 2400 block of Sierra Highway in Rosamond turned up cocaine, methamphetamine, firearms and more than $5,000 in cash -- some of it hidden in the side wall of a microwave.

Deputies discovered the alleged drug sales operation at 3:40 p.m. Friday when they received a report of drug sales from a mobile home in a park on the south side of Rosamond.

They contacted Lopez, the occupant of the trailer, and noticed signs that he was under the influence of drugs.

A search warrant was obtained, Sheriff's reports stated, and the home was searched.

Deputies reportedly found more than three ounces of meth and 10 grams of cocaine packaged for sale, a handgun, semi-automatic shotgun and the money, $2,950 of which was hidden in the microwave.

Lopez was arrested on sales and weapons charges, as well as two warrants from Los Angeles County.
