WEATHER ADVISORY ABOVE 4000 FEET FOR SNOW AND STRONG WINDS...WHICH

IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 4 PM PST FRIDAY FOR THE KERN

COUNTY MOUNTAINS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 3 TO 5 INCHES ABOVE 5000 FEET. 1 TO 2 INCHES

POSSIBLE AT PASS LEVEL ALONG INTERSTATE 5 AND HIGHWAYS 58 AND 178.

* ELEVATION: ABOVE 4000 FEET.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING AND CHANGE OVER TO ALL

SNOW AFTER DARK. SNOW WILL CONTINUE AT TIMES OVERNIGHT WITH
