Charges including murder were dismissed Thursday against a man after juries twice deadlocked in reaching a verdict.
Kevin Dewayne Glover Sr. was no longer listed as being in custody as of late Friday afternoon.
Glover had been charged in connection with the death of reputed drug dealer Joe Louis Wooton Jr. in 2009. Two co-defendants in the case, Christopher Charles Cain and Cheri Latisa Glover, were convicted and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
A jury twice hung on Kevin Glover, most recently on Feb. 11.
