One of the defendants accused of planting a card skimmer and video camera on a local bank's ATM was sentenced Thursday to three concurrent two-year sentences plus restitution.
Rhianna Lynn Lawrence, 36, pleaded no contest in Kern County Superior Court last month to two counts of possessing the identifying information of 10 or more people and one count of drug possession, according to court records.
Other charges were dismissed.
Lawrence was one of three arrested in December on suspicion of using a skimming device at a Chase Bank to capture bank card and PIN numbers.
Her sister, Dawn Marie Lawrence, is scheduled to have a pre-preliminary hearing March 21.
A 16-year-old was also arrested in connection with the scheme, police said.
