At about 5:20 p.m. Sunday, Kern County Sheriff's deputies were sent to a suspicious circumstance related to a stolen vehicle.

When they arrived they made contact with the reporting party, who said he had located his stolen vehicle at a residence on the 2900 block of Potomac Avenue.

Deputies made contact with the residents on Potomac Avenue. After a subsequent investigation, deputies located several stolen vehicles on the property in different stages of disassembly, along with multiple cutting tools consistent with the operation of a chop shop.

Angel Lozano, 21; Timothy Fagan, 27; and Delania Lozano, 29 were arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property, operating a chop shop and conspiracy. The reporting party's vehicle was returned to him, while the other stolen vehicles were towed and stored.
