Two people convicted of murder in a 2010 beating death that occurred during a robbery have been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Abel Gaeta Jr. and Milani Larrea were found guilty Oct. 24 of both the murder charge, the special circumstance of committing murder during the course of a robbery, and robbery, according to prosecutors. They were sentenced Monday.

On Feb. 17, 2010, Gaeta and Larrea robbed and beat to death Wesley Nunley, 54, of Bakersfield, in his motor home in the 600 block of Terrace Way, Bakersfield police have said.
