A: Proximity. It’s nice to be able to conduct business within a short drive. I used to travel between countries.

A: In 1976, I roomed with two-time Heisman Trophy winner Archie Griffin when he received the college athlete of the year award, and I received the high school athlete of the year award from Tom Landry of the Dallas Cowboys and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
