Black Angus, the restaurant chain with a store on Rosedale Highway, is celebrating its 50th year in business with new menu items, drink specials and a new happy hour in its BullsEye Bar.
They've added an anniversary classic cocktail menu featuring timeless hand-crafted libations like the Manhattan, old fashioned, sidecar and Rob Roy. And on Tuesdays, guests may enjoy any featured classic cocktail for only $5 from 4 to 7 p.m.
The bar menu includes items such as filet mignon sliders and steakhouse tacos, with drink and food specials beginning at $3.50. Tuesday features a burger and brew special, and Friday's offer is "steak Frites" with a double order of French fries.
New, limited-time menu items that will be offered this year include rack of lamb and seasonal desserts such as white chocolate bread pudding with a warm butterscotch sauce.
The steaks at the chain are still cut in-house, aged 21 days, and then brushed with butter just before being pulled off the grill.
