Congratulations!! The Bakersfield Bobby Sox 8U All Stars are the first team in their division to make it to the Championship game at the California Regionals. It was hosted by Salinas on July 12th and 13th. Our Bakersfield Patriots took 2nd place! They had two games on Saturday and three back to back on Sunday with the Championship being the last one. They played an awesome game and never gave up. Girls, we are so proud of you! We want to send a special thanks to the coaches for your hard work, encouragement and patience. The girls have learned so much, especially teamwork! Also, a big thanks to the Manager and Chaperone for your die hard dedication. The team wouldn't have made it this far without all of your time and effort.
