LISA OHLFEST has joined Kern Medical Center as its new administrator of clinics and physician practices, the organization announced. She has a background in health-care management, and worked most recently in Phoenix as executive director of VHS Outpatient Clinics Inc., a subsidiary of Vanguard Health Systems. Ohlfest earned a bachelor's degree at Arizona State University.
